Right of Withdrawal

Your 14-day right

You have 14 days from the day you (or someone you've named) receives your order to notify us that you wish to withdraw from the contract. This applies to all standard items unless stated otherwise below.

How to withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at [support email/contact page] with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. You can use our returns form or simply email us — no specific format is required.

Returning the goods

Once you've notified us, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back. Items must be unused, unworn (aside from trying them on, as you would in a shop), and returned with tags and original packaging where possible.

Refunds

We'll refund the full purchase price, including standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice or proof that the goods have been returned — whichever comes first. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the item was faulty or not as described.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Items made to your specification or clearly personalized.

• Sealed items (such as certain hygiene-related products) unsealed after delivery.

• Gift cards.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as ordered, your right of withdrawal is unaffected — and we'll also cover the cost of return shipping. Contact us and we'll sort it quickly.
