Terms and conditions

These terms apply to every order you place with Amble. By ordering, you agree to them. For the rules on using this website, see our [Terms of service]. Last updated: October 17, 2026

1. About us

Amble is operated by [Company legal name], registered in [England and Wales] under company number [00000000]. Registered office: [address]. VAT number: [GB000000000]. Contact us at legal@amble.com or +44 20 7946 0958.

2. Placing an order

  • You must be 18 or older to place an order.

  • Your order confirmation email shows we've received your order. Your contract with us starts when we email you to say your order has shipped.

  • Check your order carefully before you pay. If you spot a mistake afterward, contact us within 1 hour and we'll do our best to fix it. After that, your order is probably already packed.

  • We can decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a price or description is wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after taking payment, we'll refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in your selected currency and include VAT where it applies. Shipping, and any duties and taxes on international orders, are calculated at checkout before you pay.

  • We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.

  • Promo codes can be used once per order and can't be combined. New subscribers get 10% off their first order.

  • If a price is clearly wrong, we'll contact you. You can choose to buy at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Delivery

  • Standard shipping is free on orders over $90. Below that, the flat rate shown at checkout applies.

  • Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days in the UK and EU and 5–8 business days elsewhere. See Shipping and delivery for details.

  • We'll deliver within 30 days of your order unless we tell you otherwise. If we can't, you can cancel and we'll refund you.

  • Your items are at your risk once they're delivered to you or to someone you've named. Until then, they're at ours.

  • For international orders, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout where available. If any further import charges apply, you're responsible for them.

5. Cancelling, returns and refunds

  • Your right to withdraw. If you're in the UK or EU, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. See Right of withdrawal for how.

  • 30-day returns. On top of your legal right, you can return unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Sale items follow the same terms. See [Return and refunds].

  • Refunds. We refund your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return.

  • Return shipping. Returns within the UK and EU are free. For international returns, you cover postage unless the item is faulty.

  • Hygiene items. Items sold sealed for hygiene reasons can't be returned once the seal is broken.

6. Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us. We'll repair, replace or refund it, and we'll cover the cost of return postage. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

7. Product information

We show colors and materials as accurately as we can, but screens vary, so shades may differ slightly. Our Fit guide and Size guide help you choose your size, and small manufacturing variations of up to [1 cm / 0.5 in] can occur. Our activewear is made for exercise, but it isn't medical or protective equipment.

8. Intellectual property

All photos, text, logos and designs on this site belong to us or our licensors. Please don't copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

9. Our liability

We don't exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to exclude. Otherwise, we aren't liable for losses that weren't reasonably foreseeable or for business losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.

10. Events outside our control

We aren't responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, strikes, carrier disruption or supplier outages. We'll tell you if an event affects your order, and you can cancel for a refund if the delay lasts more than 30 days.

11. Your data

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy policy and use cookies as described in our [Cookie notice].

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place your order apply to that order.

13. Complaints

If something's gone wrong, contact us first at [support email] and we'll reply within 1–2 business days. If we can't resolve it, you may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution service.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [England and Wales]. If you live elsewhere, you keep the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
